Engineering: Staff Engineer

• Minimum 2 years professional experience
• Experience with Compaq, Dell, or HP workstations
• Experience with Windows XP, 2000, NT, and 98 OS support, maintenance, and troubleshooting (including Japanese OS)
• Experience with network troubleshooting: TCP/IP basic troubleshooting
• Basic experience with server support issues
• CCNA or MCP certification preferred
• Strong communication and self-presentation skills
• Fluent Japanese and some English required
