Engineering: Help Desk Engineer

• Minimum 2 years professional experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office 2003, Office XP, and Office 2000 applications: supporting and troubleshooting (including Japanese Office)
• Experience with workstations: networking and connectivity issues
• Basic experience with Windows XP and Windows 2000 OS troubleshooting
• Strong, clear communication and self-presentation skills
• Fluent Japanese and some English required
