The Account Executive is responsible for effectively managing client relationships and providing IT consulting. They also assist clients to purchase and implement hardware and software solutions that suit their needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Foster and maintain good relationships with clients
• Effectively assess client needs and provide solutions to address those needs
• Follow best-practice based sales processes and procedures
• Develop an extensive network of clients
• Track sales activities and report progress to management

Required Skills:
• Experience in sales
• Understanding of basic system architecture and system design concepts
• Knowledge of IT Industry including software and hardware
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• The ideal candidate will have good Japanese and English language skills
